- Photos you upload (cat/dog images) to generate previews and HD portraits.
- Email address when you unlock HD downloads (via checkout and/or magic link).
- Support messages you send to [email protected].
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. The PayPal provides us with payment status, partial card metadata, and the email associated with the purchase as needed to fulfill your order.
Automatically collected
- Device/browser type, approximate location (from IP), pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
- Cookies or similar technologies for session continuity, security, and basic analytics (e.g. conversion from preview to purchase).
AI processing
Uploaded images and prompts/templates are sent to third-party image generation providers to create watermarked previews and HD files.
3. How we use information
- Provide previews, process payments, and deliver HD downloads.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and spam (rate limits, security).
- Provide customer support and honor refunds where applicable.
- Improve quality and reliability of the Service (including debugging failed generations).
