Getting started
- Which pets do you support?
- Cats and dogs only in v1. Human portraits and other animals are not supported.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Leave your email after previews to get a 48-hour private return link. The same email can be reused at checkout.
- What photo should I upload?
- One clear photo of a single cat or dog. Pet centered and upright, well-lit, not blurry. JPG, PNG, or WebP under 8MB.
Styles & previews
- How many styles can I try?
- Browse an 8-style catalog and pick up to 4 free watermarked previews per session. Core four styles may be pre-selected.
- What does the watermark mean?
- Free previews include a diagonal PREVIEW mark so you can judge likeness before you pay. HD unlocks remove the watermark.
- What is the private preview link?
- After previews generate, we email a private URL (expires in 48 hours) so you can reopen the same previews. It does not start a new generation or add free quota.
Payments & refunds
- What do I get for $14.99?
- A one-time $14.99 payment unlocks 2 HD digital downloads per chosen style — 8 in total when you pick 4 styles. No subscription and no credit packs.
- How do I pay?
- Secure checkout on stilllifepets.com. Digital delivery only — no prints in v1.
- What is your refund policy?
- You preview before you pay. Refunds within 7 days only if (a) HD files fail to deliver, or (b) your pet is unrecognizable — one free regenerate first, then refund. Change of mind after download is not refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Privacy & rights
- How is my email used?
- As an order key for your private preview link and HD download link. No account and no newsletter signup on the preview screen.
- Who owns the images?
- You get a personal-use license for the HD downloads you unlock. See Terms of Service for full rights language.
- Do you sell prints?
- Not in v1. Still Life Pets delivers digital HD downloads only.
Troubleshooting
- I did not get the email
- Check spam/promotions. Confirm the address you entered. Still stuck? Email support@stilllifepets.com with the time you submitted.
- Can I regenerate for free?
- Each session includes one free preview run (up to 4 styles). Opening the private link returns the same previews — it does not create new ones. Quality issues after payment may qualify for one regenerate under the refund policy.
- How do I reach support?
- Email support@stilllifepets.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
