How it works
- Upload one clear photo. A single cat or dog, centered and well lit, as a JPG, PNG, or WebP under 8MB. No account needed. Our guide on how to turn a pet photo into a museum-style portrait shows what works best.
- Pick up to 4 styles from our catalog of 8, from Classical Oil to Anime. You get free watermarked previews, so you can judge the likeness first.
- Pay once ($14.99) to unlock 2 HD digital downloads per style — 8 HD when you pick all 4 styles — with the watermark removed. Your HD download link is tied to the email you use at checkout.
What $14.99 does not include
There is no subscription, there are no credit packs, and there is no per-image checkout. Prints and shipping are not offered in v1: you receive digital files only, and you're welcome to print them at home for personal use. Still Life Pets works with cats and dogs only. Human portraits and other animals are not supported.
Refunds in plain words
We show you watermarked previews before you pay, so you can decide with your own eyes. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, and only in two cases: your HD files fail to deliver after payment, or your pet is unrecognizable in the HD results. If your pet doesn't look like themselves in the HD files, what happens next is handled per our refund policy. Changing your mind after download, or not liking a style you already saw in the previews, is not refundable. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
Digital portraits vs. a traditional commission
Traditional commissions excel at intentional handwork and round-after-round revisions; AI portraits excel at speed, price, and trying multiple style previews before you pay. Both paths can be tasteful. The real differences are turnaround, pricing model, and whether you can compare styles before paying. Read more in digital pet portraits vs. traditional commissions.
